Loved this guy on Batman: The Brave and The Bold. Keep in mind, since there is no changelog, I don't exactly know what was altered and what problems were in the original char, so if I get something that was present in the original, that's why. Feedback:

- QCB+KK has such a long startup, to the point where it's guaranteed to get blocked.
- An added hyper, QCB+PP, seems to be the exact same thing as QCF+PP. Problem is, both of them are really flawed. Maybe when the ball hits, it could do a maximum spider sort of thing where you get a guaranteed amount of damage?
- I like the new stance, but it makes it so that the mid pos and head pos's are off. Plus, the hitboxes are all over the place, as if autoclsn was used.
- QCF+KK can be done in midair, causing Plasticman to walk in midair. It also has the problem of having way too much startup to be of any use.

To be honest i hope ALL the old Marvel and DC comic book characters that are old gets an update! (Hydroman,Gladiator,Doc Ock,Cyborg Superman,Nate Summers,Brainiac,Rhino,Firestar,Martian Manhunter etc.
