This is a custom edit originally edited from a Mysticblaze. Several new attacks added to the classic Captain America as well as some minor alterations to his appearance. Some things are missing and the coding as usual is a bit inconsistent but it generally works for winmugen. Enjoy!

definitively proven and if things are lost and capcom classic but it is a very good version of capamerica to have with all other versions. AX thanks for sharing.

ya probado y si definitivamente se pierden cosas del ya clasico de capcom pero es una muy buena version de capamerica para tener con todas las demas versiones. gracias AX por compartir.

mainly because he is not coded correctly but a little bit because of spriting issues. this is what happens when you cut corner and try to not have caps shield as a helper instead of just sprited on his back.

but the sprites itself look good for the most part. they are just a bit inconsistent. im no sprite artist though so i dont really know or can say too much about spriting or ones sprite skills

Boy, do I know the feeling... I can't stand when my favorite characters are crippled to the point to where I can't even hardly play as them. D: Q for best example... He is so sluggish, it's awful! And, don't even get me started on Tyrant...
