When I asked for his permission for Canary via PM i was getting no response either

this project is by bizarro toro and he is only one that should be discussed regarding it.

though i wouldn't doubt if he dropped the project. but maybe in the future we'll know. he has an account here and has told me if his life ever gets into position where can focus on mugen again, he'll make his presence more known here.
