need to try use the gun for the ice powers to create the ice, mr.freeze don't have power of generate ice from his hands! he looks good

Now that's more like it ....Would love to see this sprited & coded properly. Loved watchin Batman cartoon series in the 90z w/ him.. He deserves his spot in Mugen. Wish this project the best of luck to be done in the near history!
