I'm sure he was at one stage, but then again the comics started portraying him as a teenager, but again 13 is in the teens, why are you ashamed of being represented or being labeled closely as such ( nicknaming Peter parker)
I'm 33 and I wish I was younger already(gone are the good ol days)
