I would have to say... Weegee! OvO He's a still-frame YouTube Poop LEGEND! Yet, someone took the time to animate him, and convert him to MvC style!! OvO He's a great character to have in your roster. I recommend him to anyone who is into Mugen. You want a character with specials, combos, Air Specials! AND, Hypers!? Get You Some WEEGEE!!! =D
