Thank you very much for sharing! He looks so cool!!! And seems to play good. I begin to think that I need special roster for Resident Evil now...
Moves are good, but maybe somewhere needs one more frame. And legs need more shading... BUT! Any wya, it is very good work! Keep it up. Very-very-very cool.

i have played with him a little bit, he works good as a boss type char, but his hyper teleports the opponent to the air, a tiny glitch, but other than that he is actually pretty good.

Many thanks for the new download with zip file Flavio much appreciated (been looking forward to trying this character out ) ...I have downloaded and tried William out as well and I think he looks so cool and he plays really good as well ...I think he just needs a bit more detail adding to his legs and pants mostly ...I don't think he should explode when his life is depleted like Tyrant though ...he should just collapse and fall to the ground like in the actual game ...aside from that though I think he is quite Awesome personally
so well done Flavio and many thanks for sharing him and for all your hard work on him etc too very much appreciated ..always wanted to see this version of William in mugen personally
