Now that's a cool thing, seeing good sprites given justice.
My only feedback is that the character could use some physical hypers, but other than that, it's good.

Wow this is excellent!! I always liked the Gentlemen Ghost mugen character (the sprites were always nice) but you've really finished him up!!

On top of a complete character I love the additional movelist jpg - makes it a really polished character.

Congratulations on this and looking forward to your other updates/creations!

And a little feedback...

The "Come Hither" move can create a duplicate when the move is countered (e.g. Geese Howard's Atemi Nage counters).

The Undead upper feels like it should be a full knockdown move.

Otherwise, plays fun!!
