Alexia Ashford From Resident Evil Code Veronica
This char have a bug, when she has in second or third form and you win or lose you have to wait a few seconds to win pose.. if any one know to fix it i appreciate x)

Who is Alexia Ashford?:
 => was the artificially-created "granddaughter" of Umbrella co-founder Edward Ashford by Alexander Ashford, who took DNA belonging to the ancient matriarch of the Ashford family, Veronica Ashford to create her
"Capturing her father Alexander in March 1983, Alexia used him as a test subject for the t-Veronica virus that she had created by binding together the Progenitor Virus and the remnants of an ancient virus found within a queen ant. The experiment turned Alexander into the insane monster known only as Nosferatu.
Taking notes on her father's progress, Alexia discovered certain flaws in her virus, and planned to inject herself with the virus to become a superior being. really great release. she look same as original. love her hypers too.
in second or third form when win or lose you have to wait a few seconds. i thing ctrl=0 cuase this issue. set ctrl=1 before win or lose or changstate to state 180 when you win and to 5150 when you lose (in statedef -2) for fix.

I have never played Code Veronica, but this character looks cool! Now, when a lot of RE chars are released, it seems that time have come to start collect some heroes!
