| Are you editing Mr.Manhattan too?
I also planned to do it and wrote down some ideas for special and hypers, and how limit Urien attacks to fit better a non-fighter like Manhattan.

For me its cool to have a watchmen's roster on mugen but he don't have enemenies. But the Owlman team is a important part of DC comics universe.
