I've never seen that version of Avalanche, but the one that uses Mr. Bison as a base is available from the downloads page on the right of this page's taskbar.

Also never heard of HipHopman, but I assume mild racism and laugh to fill the awkward silence. You might try Luke Cage!

Oh, wow. That's actually a thing? Hahahah, my bad. Okay, well, if you found it, then great. If you haven't, and nobody else has any suggestions, I'd search eSnips and see if anybody's hosting it. You never you what you might find there.

I usually don't have a problem with it, but if it is a threat, then I'd say keep your eyes out for any other hosting sites. I can't imagine there's gonna be any big collections of hosted mugen characters without threat of viruses these days.
