ok good use of ironman as a base, as doom said give him some more shadows, in my opinion the spear looks good, but it would look better on his back, or even better, he could use spear on some of his attacks only, im curious about what base did you use for the head, is actually pretty good, remember if you need help with his moves, just ask in the forum.
