How do I add the picture into Fighter Factory to make the stage without being pixelized?

I added my picture with BMP or PCX into Fighter Factory Ultimate underneath Sprite and I clicked the plus sign and I added my picture into it, and then I added my favorite picture while my picture has been pixelized, but I don't want my picture to be pixelized after I added it. I want to add the normal picture into Fighter Factory Ultimate without my picture to be pixelized and being distorted. Please help me, how do I add the picture into Fighter Factory to make the stage without being pixelized?
