The new characters in this build: Tiffany, Michelle Heart, Gouki, Haggar, Sodom, Cody, R.mika, Devilotte, Batsu, Felicia, Q, and Lilith being a B side to Morrigan.
Accessing Lilith can be done by pressing Up during your assist select, or by pressing D,D and 2 kick buttons during the match (requires 1 meter). The same goes for Dark sakura.
this brings the character total to 38 (40 if counting lilith and dark sakura)
I recommend reading the character move list. Some characters have different commands for moves now. Other characters have new moves added and some moves were removed.

Uh, I'm not the one who made this, hence why the whole post is marked with quotes (the forum doesn't have a "founds" section, so they instead allow people to post both founds and originals in the same board, and I wanted to show the game to people here).

Even though he has an account here, you should tell him that offer at Infinity Mugen Team (that's where he posts his progress), although I'd recommend you to first try to solve things with Nestor and li kun, since li kun is making some characters for him and he was quite angry when he saw your Leon there.
