the only real way to do this is if it doesn't have a transparency. the coloring doesn't lend itself to cleaning out that black background

so you options are:
- converting this to 120x140 with the black BG intact
- a diff nash image where transparency is created

I think it would look good with the black background, if anyone would be kind enough to help me out with this that would be great.
