Hello guys i need a screenpack for mugen 1.0 or 1.1 with slots >5000 does this thing even exists ?

Well , there are a lot of big screenpacks that can allocate over 5000 chars, (and you can create your own customized SP editing it, if it doesn't satisfied your needs), here an example of a big one:
