This Killer Croc is actually an edit of Hulk 2099, right?

Now that I looked at Hydro Man, I remembered a video I saw days ago. It was of a Spider-Man MUGEN game made by a member of Scruffydragon (Wucash to be exact), it featured many Spider-Man villains, including a Hydro Man char that, just like a lot of stuff from that website, never got to see the light of day.

yeah, but at least hulk 2099 was more playable than him, i mean even his intros are glitched, i will post a video later with the best intro he has.

yes, scruffydragon used to have alot of good ideas, but they never were finished, like mandarin for example.

no te preocupes, no tengo nada en contra de estos personajes, el echo de que estoy usando un personaje que es peor que todos los peleadores en la lista deveria ser suficiente(star), lo malo es que como ya dije se sienten muy imcompletos, y la pregunta es, si hercules fue recreado, porque ellos no?.
