borg had created these effects by himself. There is no base, I think.

Really amazing. I was waiting for a Phoenix Cyclops in the Mugen universe and this is looking very good.

No, this project is not dead. He is still on development. I had become a father, that's why I have no much time to work as before on him. But I will in future.
