pretty much any sprite that would be used for making other sprites trough sprite editing.
For an example marvel vs capcom's chun-li is pretty much the base for most of Marvel or DC's female characters you find here, it's noticeable by waching the similarities that are in the character's legs

Makoto has great martial art moves to fit Lady Shiva. She also comes with an english or japanese voice and is a 6 button character. She even looks like a younger Shiva when she was fighting Green Arrow Connor and Nightwing in the comics.

Based on the look I found here:

Ivy from Soul Calibur it's an edited char based on Blair Dame Dampir sprites. I need permission to use that. Rose Mary it's an idea. I thought you can suggest me some other Hd or Hi res char, cause you ripped a lot from Fighter Maker

1) Breaker revenge Rila Estansia as DC Cheetah (as Shinning said, a less sexy and more savage and brutal one)


2) Golden Axe Golden Axe as DC Ares (few moves and more similar to the videogame than to the comic, but I think it could be used)


3) Martial Masters Monk as DC Darkseid (is he already used?)


4) Big Bang Beat Sanzou Kongoumaru as DC Despero (not identical, but big and with cape)


5) KOF-XIII Raiden as DC Brimstone (almost done, don't you think?)


6) Marvel vs Capcom Venom as DC Arkillo (isn't TOPS' Venom different enough to bring this Venom back? I don't know if Zaxis is working on Sinestro's lantern Venom, but it is in his avatar)


7) Capcom Pocket Jill Valentine as DC Mad Hatter (hehe, well, maybe not)


Marvel vs Capcom Cyclops as DC Firestorm (well, he has this thing on his heart)


9) Street Fighter Twelve as DC White martian (tail and a lot of details required, but I think it's a good base)


10) KOF-XIII Sie Kensou as Marvel Iron Fist (his moves would fit quite well)

15) The last blade Shigen Naoe as DBZ Garlic Jr (well, he has a similar proportions)
