Bulldozer is just a brick
he charges and Headbutts a lot
to a total damage of the Aims

No offence, but looks really bad. On a scale from one to ten, I would give it a 2.5.
You need to learn the basics of spriting, and when you change a character's color, you don't change the shading (never. unless you want to crossover from capcom to snk or vice versa which is not the case here).
I see in your other wips the same mistakes. Lack of frames, lack of shading, lack of imagination.
When I say lack of imagination, I mean you should combine bases and make something original.
Now make no mistake about it, I use to do the same mistakes. Concentrate on one character and make something decent. Not all of us are loganir or verz, but we can do something decent if we put a little time in it. Good luck.

respectfully i have a different opinion than yours about this character specifically , i saw Avengers animated earth's mightiest heroes and read many comics containing wrecking crew , i think this bishop based Bulldozer is great and just similar to comics even in shading and an excellent base

Im assuming you mean this version when you say you saw him in the cartoon. Although i believe this wip to be dead. I will say its a good start but as you can see he could be touched up in ALOT of areas. and yes the shading is very wonky i agree dev that mixing a few bases might do the trick and quick color job But all in all still a good start
