Oh this Tanegashima Yuri was made and released by a Japanese MUGEN creator/author "Hirohiro". So it is not quite useful to leave MUGEN feedback here as "Hirohiro" probably won't come here to read about it....
About that Custom 2DFM Cobra, he will be in my 2016 MUGEN WIPs list. I still have some old 2013-2015 MUGEN WIPs to do before 2016.......

hiro's onedrive site is empty and it seems a lot of the japan mugen creators onedrive live sites are empty as well. Any idea what's going on?

Hmmmmmmmmm........which web browsers you use? I just tried it with my IE11, Google Chrome, and FireFox, the files are still there at their OneDrive.............
