two KO animations at once

is there the chance to have two KO animations at once in lifebars ?
it s possible to add other animations to default "KO" animation?
for example
ko.anim = 100
ko1.anim = 101
or something similar ...please help me
give me answer please or i should improve classic KO with other sprites?
