here is linker from resident evil. i finished after 2 month and worked on sprites and codes to make a complete linker with his all original moves. the movelist is in readme file.

Wow. This got to be one of the BEST Resident Evil characters ever made for Mugen, and it is a frea*** Licker. I am Impressed. Thank you so much for the share, hope to see more of your creations.

- I really like the idea of the wall climb, but it gets in the way of blocking if Licker is up against the corner. My suggestion is for you to make it so that double tapping Back makes him climb the wall. - Another thing about the wall climb is that it's really weird when using Mugen 1.1. You go all the way back to the screen using the zoom function, and when Licker gets to the wall, the screen suddenly zooms back in. - The super is kinda odd. I get that it's basically Sabretooth's dashing claw hyper thingy but when this move misses, Licker acts as if the first strike had hit and jumps back, hitting the opponent. I feel that if he misses his initial jump, he should just land and end the move. - I think the LK has too short of a range. Maybe you could have him kick like a horse instead to give him more range? - I think there should be a limited amount of time for him to be hanging on the wall. - I don't like the idea of the tongue having infinite priority. If you hit Dhaslim's limbs, it still counts as hitting him. - I think the jumping claw strike QCF+P being +10 on block is a little too safe. Then again it does have a long startup, so I guess it balances out. - How come he only has one Hyper? - He gets power back from his Hyper. That's a no no. - The crouching punch normals are the same as the standing punch normals. - When he wins when he's on the wall/ceiling, it took ages for the game to recognize "oh hey, he won" and when he did his win animation, he walked to the opponent in midair. Maybe you should make him jump off when the foe's health is 0? - He has no low attacks or overheads. His air attacks should not be able to be blocked while crouching, and his crouching attacks should not be able to be blocked while standing. - How come he can throw with LP? Usually it's just MP or HP, not with all punch buttons. Just an oddity, not a game breaking thing. - How come he can't throw his opponents backwards? Oh wait, he can. Ignore this. - The wall climb seems to take too long. Plus, when you climb off of the wall and the opponent is right next to you, you end up on the opposite side of the opponent. - I can't seem to chain his crouching kicks. - No damage dampner.
This is probably the best thing released so far in this event. Still needs a bit of polishing tho.
