IS THE MUGEN WORLD GOING TO THE END?

Hello friends i am a few worried about the future of the mugen world,the constant menace to goes to the end is very sad Sad

there are many creators and forum are crashed now! the offline page is a constant.

there are a little amount of spriters or coders and the stuffs keeps in a stopped flux.

do the mugen world will give the your last breath in few years?

what do you think about it?

ELECBYTE SITE IS WITHOUT FEEDBACK AND VIRTUALTEK MAYBE DOESN´T BACK ANYMORE.

i dont think so, maybe some creators go to make other things, but theres always new talent and fresh ideas, in fact i see more people entry to the mugen world nowadays than the number of people back in 2005, so yeah if theres still a mugen forum, theres still hope, also alot of youtubers make publicity to mugen like ermac445 and bahamian king 100, so yeah mugen is still exist maybe is slow the process of new creations but is gonna still exist at least as a hobby. Very Happy

and most of the creator you pointed out are still active
Beximus is working on his fullgame
Exshadow just released a stage recently
Ramzaneko is working on Kain
Fervicante released tiffany last year

I had the same feeling today...
I was going to quit mugen, because lost of hope and despair...
Will there any good releases in the future?
Is it really necessary to quit it now?
Where will i go if i quit?

I feel kinda depressing lately and even mugen has let me down lately.
I need help... a friend... a nice guy who can help me...

There is plenty of good release (Not really at mmv)
just check the mfg database

I'm sorry to say this. But MFG doesn't have good releases lately.
Aside from that, i'm busy too. A very busy man.

the last thing, i see in mfg are just conversions of chars to 1.1.

it is outdated
there is alot of content being made it just take more time since people now have the coding knowledge to do it

Half that lost of creators are still around and you put tank402 twice :facepalm

releases can be real quick, or if you've been around and learn to create the whole character/stage/content
and want it to last a while, it can take a year or so, and that's just one wip
then theres also people getting busy, there's family, friends, work and most importantly sleep to deal with aside from what gets done here, and then there's trolls too, which drive away talent, or discourage others to continue carrying on

mugen isn't dying, its just not as popular with the younger generation at the moment, the die hard gamers are what mugen catters for, aswell as the artist who love to contribute via spriting, editing or coding, even voice talents are showing interest, (e.g hypersonic aka hypervoiceacting)

don't let the lull in releases fool you Halloween is here, witches and Ddevils are coming around the corner

I think it might be dying. It feels kinda dead, and not many people are posting or really celebrating or making awesome youtube vids. We need to get the word out more and revive mugen.

ermac445,bahamianking100,reb3ltv, theres alot of youtubers and videos of mugen, in fact more people are trying this engine than never, also some people cant always be online, create a char is hard and takes time. Smile
