Is there a button on your keyboard that says PrtScr or something similiar ? If so, here's how you do it:

1. Press that button
2. Open Paint (if you're using Windows)
3. Press Ctrl + V
4. Save your picture

If you pressed Ctrl + V on Paint and nothing happens, you need a screenshot program. I recommend using Lightshot.

also your shadow dragon is technically imposible to get, and shadow cammy?, i havent test that char.

Shadow Dragon isn't impossible to get, you download him like any other character. To unzip him, you need the password you get from completing the Test of The Shadow Dragon, which you can find on my site.
