I liked the basis you used it is a good start. But he need some work, new air attacks, more palettes, new moves to make it more unique, add some sound.

I like this Iron Fist! Awesome work here - feels very solid and plays pretty well. Not too overpowered as Iron Fist should be a more technical character (I feel). I always liked the idea of him having a Rekka attack; glad this made the move list!
Plently of room for improvement (e.g. the background screens during the hypers seem to have a lot of spots on them; better sound - perhaps the MVC3 sound rip earlier provided; and maybe more moves - but I don't think a lot more are required - maybe just one would do it) but you've got an excellent base here!
Edit: Oh, and of course, he needs some proper Iron Fist special effects!
