Regarding Feedback Empty
PostSubject: Regarding Feedback   Regarding Feedback EmptyMay 2nd 2012, 1:49 pm

Feedback is not only welcomed here, it is encouraged. And we thank any of you that take the time to offer it.

But there are a few things to remember when it comes to it:
- At no time does that give you license to insult our community or our members when you do so. We have a rule about respect at all times and we expect all of our members to follow it. Not following it will result in various forms of moderation depending on the case at hand. We do this because there are unfortunately certain people in the Mugen community who place a priority on stirring up drama ahead of providing the facts needed for feedback/improvement.
- Authors/creators are not obligated to make those adjustments on feedback in any specific timeframe. Updates are made on *their* time, not yours.

Why do we take the stand that we do regarding respect? Look at the people tasked with keeping the peace on the forum. Every single one of them do other things because we're not just a forum, we're a group working towards Mugen projects together as a team. The focus is for sprite editing, coding, bug testing, delegating whatever team stuff, organizing various things and a million other little things. Our #1 goal is Mugen creation as a team towards a team effort. And if we can put rules in place to help achieve that goal, we will and that is what we did.

Hope that all make sense, but you are welcome to ask more in this topic if you would like Very Happy

Regarding Feedback Empty
PostSubject: Re: Regarding Feedback   Regarding Feedback EmptyMay 17th 2013, 3:42 pm

Apparently a reminder is needed regading feedback. Respect at all times. Giving feedback does not give you a license to circumvent that rule and allow you to be as harsh to people as you want.

Here is a link to our main rules: http://mugenmultiverse.fanbb.net/t184-forum-rules

And here is the main rule people are having trouble with in that regard posted here: Respect at all times. This goes double for the admin, team and website itself as we work hard to make this Mugen forum the best it can be

Thank you
