Good editing, more does not seem very with tigra, the hair has to be edited, it is very great.

It is very smart to mugenize Tigra using Felicia. It would be almost enough to do a proper pallete, at least for me (not a fan of Tigra). Isn't it yet, right?

I have found this image (edit made by gashman, probably), which looks more like Tigra but suggest some sprite work.
