Cheers to the guys on this one, it wasn't much effort from myself, only a few code tweaks and general game play editing, plus smart pallete

between sprites and coding these two creators have really created something very new and special for every x-men fan, and I am honored to have been considered to help add to this great and fun character

Oh don't be so modest, Arkady!  What you did helped a lot.  Also, having you on board made me step up my game even more to a higher standard.  I thank you and Pilgrim for all your help

Also I want to thank everyone who voted for her. It surprised me to know that she won!  It really was a rough journey to bring her to MUGEN and now it all feels worth it!  Thank you!  I'm humbled and honored. There was a lot of tough competition this year! Everyone put out some awesome stuff!

and i'd like to congratulate chimoru, pilgrim and arkady on the winner, jubilee. really was an awesome project given all the custom coding and sprites chimoru did, then pilgrim making so many new from scratch sprites when chimoru had problems with the project, to then arkady coming in to add his touch, and finally chimoru taking her over again to put the finishing touches on. was pretty much the definition of people coming together perfectly

All nominees' MUGEN works are so great indeed!  The original materials made as well as creative idea, style, presentation, and game play are making each one fit the comic books theme very much!  This is all about cool MUGEN team work and love for MMV!

This was a great contest, I think that the first 5 placed characters are fantastic and are longer the year well fun. Congratulations chimoru, Arkady and Pilgrim by win, much deserved.
