Is Sean Altly still active in MUGEN?

I tried emailing him asking permission to post a palette I did of one of his characters, but the email address on his site didn't work.  Is he still involved in MUGEN?  (If not, can I just post it here as long as I give him credit for the original character?)

I think uploading the pallets separately is ok, its not considered plagiarizing
unless its packed with the character, anyway most of these types of things are listed under
rules section, though I don't know if its changed any or not
all that aside if you have separate add-on then by all means post them

This shows that he is still active at MFG as of late, so you might want to visit MFG and use their PMs or even make a topic post to contact him instead.

^ This. It's totally okay to post palettes you've made for characters as a separate file. You're allowed to edit mugen content lol, it's just courteous to give credit and ask permission (when necessary.)
