I can't remember where I get them. But they was inclued to a DOA5 screenpack. I hope it helps

(note : This screenpack is 1280 x 720 resolution. So you need to moves lower the powerbars if you use them in a "normal resolution" (like 640 x 480) screenpack

Use these positions in "fight.def" for the powerbars beings like on my screenshots :
