Pretty good, i like the shadow details across his mouth, it's like a real mask casting shadows. The glass like shine detail around the head is a nice touch to, it's a great effect for details in that stuff or similar objects such as metals, liquids, and stuff.

this has wayyyy too much colorloss. the colors seem too out of place and unorganized. plus i see random stray pixels on the logo an backround. it's a good try, but you really need to fix these problems.

It could use a new palette like he said but overall the design is fine. I think i see some wolverine in there?!
