Oh this is for MUGEN1.1 only..........I tried to convert it to MUGEN1.0 but most of the stuff looks wrong........
Those VFX effects (especially those black cats and black smoke) look really nice in MUGEN1.1 because it is using the 24-32bits versions of the SFF file.....

Oh this OMK Bern Erika is not by me.  Although a standalone Bern is in my MUGEN WIP..........if I am going to do my version I will do it for MUGEN1.0.........
