help locating mugen chars ronin dream project

Hello I really like the anime ronin dream, and recently I found out that there was a project for mugen so, I'm looking at least one char to add to my personal mugen .... and look and only found Fallen links and rumors on the chars were private .... by these circumstances I ask for help to the community mugen multiverse.

From what I could gather, since I've tried searching, it APPEARS to be private like you have stated but perhaps someone has it stored.
