Green Lantern -probably Hal- on the other side of Galactus, as in he is ready to battle Silver Surfer? You can also go for some of the "classics" meaning the battles they did for dc vs marvel.Or you can go with characters and villains that seem similar Taskmaster vs Deathstroke, Superman vs Hulk or Thor-in a way Superman is a god too (a solar one). Do you want/need anything more specific?

Hm, marvel vs marvel. Civil war could be a good source for that. How about Punisher vs Wolverine or Ghost Rider, Deadpool vs Bullseye or Punisher, Thing vs She Hulk, Hulk or Sentry vs Thor, Iron man vs Hulk , Dr Doom vs Magneto, Spiderman vs Nightcrawler or Hawkeye, Captain America vs Daredevil.
