The left hand side one Sir Norma is not a playable/downloadable MUGEN character, he was just for show-off this of my released MUGEN stage. Sir Norma materials were ripped and uploaded by me here: http://mugenmultiverse.fanbb.net/t4663-borewood2013-s-video-game-rips-topic#54946
I have no plan on mugenizing this Sir Norma and I ripped his materials for anybody who might have interest in him. Wink
