Cir-El by Pilgrim has her AI fixed/tweaked

Cir-El by Pilgrim (went by the name Avalon at the time)


when the final version was released, her AI contained a bug to spam part of an animation. i fixed that. however, that led to her spamming something else. so then i fixed that. after those fixes, she's much better to fight against. i tried to tweak her probability to do other specials/hypers a little more. i think it helped, but not sure. i do know she no longer does that half charge spamming anymore, which was the initial point. thanx to Pilgrim for making her to begin with.

You know me, I'm all about better AI...will dl and test very soon

Excellent work volzzilla, was irritating play against it, many times after that she began to fly occurred a bug and she was dragging forward without stopping, now with this new AI this problem was solved, thank you for launch.

A much-needed fix.
