Waterfall stage (Original) by Rurouni - UPDATE: 15-11-14

That was a great work I found on deviantart, made by ~fool. So I decided to convert it, I just had some work to separate into layers;
And now, it has Waterfall noise in the BGM, if you liked the stage, you must re-download it. Thanks to Electro, who mixed the sound:

Agree

You should try a palette alteration of this in the future such as night time, early morning, etc. They did this for a Street Fighter game and the results were very interesting. I think this could easily be one of those stages.
