Lt. Linn Kurosawa from AVP WIP

Note that we would require to use some Rogues and Jills sprite, since Linn got a perfect walking sprites that we wanna use, and some throwing animation that we also wanna use that matches it.

Another thing, there's Maki head that perfectly fits for Linn and it might come in handy. CVS Artist, you really should check it out soon. Hopefully.

Merging the two Lt. Linn topics together and renaming it to a project topic so as more information available to people wanting to know more.

Also added the info from the 2nd topic that was now merged into the 1st into the opening post of the topic.
