Luigi Segami (V0.6) (*Major update*)

I don't really know how to explain any of this.   

After a long gruelling year of struggling, I have FINALLY finished this character.
Palette probs? Fixed.   
Jumping bugs? Fixed   
Disappearing sprites? Fixed.  
Overused attacks? Fixed.  
Repetitive attacks? Fixed.  
Pointless moves? Fixed.  
Fan hate? Fixed.   
Josh Geary spamming on my account while I am doing it to DEMAND the character? Fixed.  

  

All in all, I fixed (almost) everything, so tell me if there's a bug and I'll fix it too.
Ideas might be used but I feel Luigi is good enough, tell me what you think.

Not a big fan of Super Luigi? Don't like SSB Luigi either? Try this! It's like a Red Mage between a White and a Black.

Defensive:

  +  : Grab Attack
              Press   /  /  to kick the opponent
              Press   /  /  to hit the opponent
              Press   to let go and deal damage
              Press   to swing the opponent around. Does more damage but leaves you open to attacks for a while.
  +  : Dodge attacks. You gain 200 power if you successfully dodge.
     or     : Recovery Roll

Melee:
     : Big Hand
     : Sweep Kick
    : Head Smash
   (  ): Flip Kick
   (  ): Drill Luigi (other variations are by pressing b or c in air)

Special:
     (Also allowed   ) : Fireball
    (Also allowed   ) : Tornado Spin
       (Also allowed   ) : Luigi Uppercut
      : Flurry Punch. May leave you open to attacks for a while.
        (Also allowed   ) : Feather Kick. Knocks the opponent down.

Extra(500 power):

I hope you have sent the wrong files because the luigi i have doesn't feel complete: (some sprites are missing)  
Also please use another file sharing site, i waited 15 mins for the download (it hurts so much that i'm   )

thanks, I forgot to renumber sprites. Also I'll update it again and tell me if there are any more missing sprites. 
I can't sry, mediafire makes my *censored* computer crash.   
And I have 4shared but I forgot my password. File factory is the only other one I can use. I don't like others like 3shared, 2shared, sendspace, dropbox etc. I'll try to upload it on either of the 4 if you really want it.   

UPDATE! I uploaded it on 4shared for those that can't use filefactory.
2 versions are available: SSB soundpack and CvS Soundpack.

Many specials, many hypers, I think that it is the definitive luigi in mugen, good job.

My apologies, I forgot to post the link! It's here now, under "New Version" and has a bit of fixes.

Nice work. May I ask what exactly new moves he has beyond Warner's original version?

Also, no, he is not an edit of Warner's Luigi. I just used his sprites is all.

So, he has a completely different moveset for you guys to try and explore.
