I couldn't get a sleep for a whole night, because it doesn't let me to sleep through night during the summer. This could be the only problem i have in this summer season. Instead of sleeping through night, i sleep through the day. Can't seem to adjust my sleeping schedule. This is not an easy task for me, people. Tips would be helpful, but the problem will still persist. I can't think of what is wrong with my sleeping schedules, but i can only think that is the insomnia that prevents me to sleep through night and day. I assume most of you have all that kind of problems that i'm facing right now, but you must give me some tips on how to get rid of my insomnias and i will schedule my sleep properly. Thank you.
