Edit Albert Wesker

I've edited Wesker's snd file. Now he has the voice from MVC3. Also i fixed the swing punches and kicks sfx. He has also a new portrait, but not by me.
I just found and worked his snd file. Plus he has 6 winning quotes for Mugen 1.0. Enjoy this Wesker.

NOTE: The palettes of him needs to work and need some cool hitsparks. If anyone has interest to edit him, feel free to do that.

No problem. But he needs more work like new hitsparks sfx, more work on his CNS and a hyper portrait for each super moves. Most people like this char, only butt Akir@ (R@ce Akir@) said some awful things to this edit char. Which he became disrespect on that.
