Anyone want to teach me better Stage Creation? ~

I'd love someone (or some people, I don't mind being in a group!) to learn from and do better with stage creation.
I know a lot of mine aren't the best but I'm willing to learn and do better.
So anyone want to work together?

use cyberblaster's stage tool to start it off

I learnt by modifying various stages made by various author . . because everyone does different coding . . . . thats how I started

I did one stage but i wanna add a snow layer and a mist layer ....
How do I?

Always remember that creating a stage takes time, don't rush things out it won't get you anywhere.
