So you need P2 to be forced into a falling state? Simple enough. Look at this example for Batman's roundhouse kick that sends an opponent flying:

You can also do this:

Here, I'll generate a code for you on the fly for the (BEAUTIFUL) sprite sequence you made above.

No need to put in fall = 1 damage = 60 guardflag = L hitflag = MFDL pausetime = 11,11 sparkxy = -25,-10 sparkno = s8830 guard.sparkno = s8840 hitsound = S2,2 guardsound = S6,0 ground.type = High ground.slidetime =12 ground.hittime = 40 ground.velocity = -5,10 air.type = High air.velocity = 0,22
I could very easily break this down into bite-sized pieces for coding newbies if they want it or for guys who need a little more help.

I didn't see any reflect attack at 1:02. Was he supposed to reflect a projectile?

In not a projectile is a move called Reflect this power move can stop any move, Yoshimitsu use his sword and Jin stop the attack
