So you need P2 to be forced into a falling state?
Simple enough. Look at this example for Batman's roundhouse kick that sends an opponent flying:

Here, I'll generate a code for you on the fly for the (BEAUTIFUL) sprite sequence you made above.

I could very easily break this down into bite-sized pieces for coding newbies if they want it or for guys who need a little more help.

I didn't see any reflect attack at 1:02. Was he supposed to reflect a projectile?

In not a projectile is a move called Reflect this power move can stop any move, Yoshimitsu use his sword and Jin stop the attack

OK, so what you want is a move that forces player 2 into a non-attack state if they make contact with you, correct? You'll need a reversal def in there somewhere to get that done, I think.
