do you think you will make these chars with adding a cape after?

I never plan to make more than one Superman. Just only to give special moves and hypers for Cyborg Superman and Eradicator. I plan to make cape mode for some costumes. Cape will be separated from the character, but it will work in game together. However, I have all cape sprites what I need... so it is easy just make more duplicate sprites with a cape.

They look great, except that first sprite, the cape looks a little weird, maybe pushing it back some will help. Really looking forward to this Superman.

sprites all layers are excellent, but it is true that the first sprite is something strange .I think you have to adjust a little coat. great job.
