Finally the jubilee was brought to life in mugen 2D.
What the arcade machine doesn´t made,the mugen realize!!!!

I did make the pallets for that, but not an actual mode, just the costume should be pallets 3 | |

Arkady has made some wonderful palettes for her, and yes one is her Vampire look, but truth be told, I can't stand Vampire Jubilee or even Wondra. Marvel may do her like that, but I will not. Classic is how I'm keeping her. Which reminds me to thank both Arkady and Avalon again. Without them, I really couldn't be delivering a Jubilee at all! Their help is appreciated more than they know! | |
