i had no idea this was a star wars thing until a recent episode of the big bang theory.

apparently long ago, star wars fans made may 4th a kind of holiday to themselves because, 'May the Fourth' sounds like 'May the Force'.

i found it amusing enough to decide to make a topic about it today,  lol!
