Does all sf4 characters recharge energy?
I see in here some characters recharges and others not
(sorry i dont have the game, and i don't know anything about it)

eee man this an exception they dont have recharge energy but this chun-li is an exception

and spider goku i making an concept of mel master is not complete but look
