finally got around to testing...
- much better than last version
- i like the sprites in general
- add more cool down to the fireball special as can spam it pretty easily
- on the windup punch, the animation looks weird if you don't hold down the button to charge. therefore, make it go through the entire windup animation regardless of how long hold down the button
- one time when doing that move, a powered up effect remained until doing the move again. couldnt duplicate how that happened though
- main portrait quality could be better
- numerous sprites still have that color loss white edge stuff on them. that needs to be removed
- the alignment could be better on the d,df,f+2P hyper
- align the d,db,b+2K hyper over towards P2 a little more so as it can be more effective
- i would like the rushing shoulder special more if Wario ended up on the other side of P2 after the move
- AI could use improvement
- palettes are not working correctly. often times the palette will change back to the default palette for some animations
- i think might be using wrong animation numbers on the throw as sometimes P2 will disappear. may be aligned off too
- could use the animation for crouching HP towards another special or hyper by extending the windup portion of the animation and adding whatever FX on the ending
- couldnt chain MP into MK

Yeah, he still has some flaws. ^^;; I was thinking about making the ground punch into a special, but I couldn't find the official effect. O.o
