pallete Hawk eye for speedy

Good'm a novice at this mugen I admit, I do what I can to learn and this is one of my first jobs, but I must say that most of the work was done by a friend.

if you download the hawk eye but not well done sprites change color each time during the fight, and indeed the author of that edit the hassle of changing sprites helpers, which we did not take but a beta since the hypers are with black widow and nick fury, they also changed the sprites of the arrows.
